We had a visit (Anja + Florian) on Orchard Road on the way, were targeted towards Plaza Singapura. There is a great Crocs store, the best footwear for the tropical climate of this island.
The esplanade of the Plaza Singapura was a large tent. Reminiscent of a beer tent at the Oktoberfest - only small. Something like you see here more often, but the plaque over the entrance makes me curious: National Monopoly Championship 2009 .
